- Kebanyakan orang boleh berjaya di bidang yang diceburi sekiranya mereka FOKUS kepada satu benda iaitu bidang yang diceburi. Cumanya ramai yang melakukan terlalu banyak benda dalam satu masa maka janganlah diharap pulangannya besar kerana bila tiada fokus maka hilanglah penumpuan minda, usaha dan tenaga yang amat diperlukan untuk menjana kejayaan yang cemerlang..

Roundtable Talk @ Kuantan on 23/7/10

Dear NCs,

Congrats to Kuantan Leaders! for a very refreshing discussion held on Saturday afternoon. I am excited with positive attitude of the team to focus on the future but at the same time to learn something from the past especially on the sales approach i.e sell long term savings vs fund performance as practised before and to perform portfolio re-balancing for any fund with 3 yrs of non-performing record.

The team agreed to pursue high paying oil & gas employees in the east coast to increase more EPF sales in the region and appear as CHAMPIONS again! And yes I believe that you can do that by working as a team and just DO the basics again.

Brainstorming @ K Kangsar 26/6/10 & Png 27/6/10

NCs,

Salam. Tahniah diucapkan kepada MFAM Razak, MFAM Ust Ahmand Shahimi dan pemimpin-pemmpin utama agensi mereka kerana berjaya mengendalikan sessi brainstorming yang cukup bernilai di Kuala Kangsar & Butterworth branch pada 26&27 Jun lepas. Bukan sahaja itu, dijamu pula oleh tuan rumah Abuya Razak dan tidak kurangnya juga di Penang Restoran Pelita - the best nasi kandaq!

Banyak idea-idea baru yang tercetus di antaranya ialah menjual konsep simpanan di hari tua dan berterusan menabung secara aktif sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun untuk mengambil peluang daripada pasaran yang turun naik. Cara lama menjual prestasi dana dan brand perlu diubah setelah kita mempelajari sesuatu yang tidak ternilai dari kejatuhan pasaran ekuiti yg lalu yg menyebabkan prestasi dana tidak seperti unjuran yg kita paparkan kpd para pelabur. Di samping itu juga kita perlu pertingkatkan jualan EPF yang masih jauh terbuka luas di samping memberi servis yg lebih berkesan kepada pelabur dan banyak lagi pendekatan lain yang dikongsikan bersama (sila kongsikan kepada DL2 anda mengenai apa yg diperbincangkan)

Saya amat yakin Insyaallah selepas ini dengan perubahan dan idea2 baru yang ditemui jualan agensi kita akan melonjak pada satu tingkat yang sungguh membanggakan dan akan melahirkan peserta-peserta yang layak ke New Zealnad utk Challange Trip tahun depan di samping peningkatan yg sungguh manis dari segi perolehan dan pendapatan ke dalam bank acc masing-masing!

Congrats to MFAM Razak and MFAM Ust Shahimi and the team!

NCs,

CONGRATS to MFAM Abuya Razak for conducting a successful seminar, recognition and celebration dinner on March 27 at the Kuala Kangsar Rest House and to MFAM Ust Shahimi for conducting a roaring sales seminar at Butterworth Branch the next day. I was happy to note that the motivation was high and there was a lot of excitement in the face of the audience. New UTCs were inspired and senior UTCs were challenged to produce MORE!

Like I said in my presentation that seminars and group activities are important to garner strength and motivation but the real work is out here when we are face to face with clients and prospects. So let's spend more time with clients and prospects and ask for the sales Insyaallah the results will be very visible for you to notice and enjoy.

Keep up the good work and let's work harder this month and onwards to ensure we are on the right track to make 2010 the best ever year!

Increase your Personal Sales by looking for more new investor prospects!

Dear NCs,

CONGRATS! to Ustaz Shahimi and his agency for making group outing to do FTF (face to face) prospecting as their main agenda. The latest outing was done near a brand new supermarket in Kulim where it's a happening place other than shopping - bowling, family entertainment and of course food. They enjoyed it so much to the extend of being ousted out of the premises by the security officer. Well, that's normal when you do undercover activities like that just ignore it & keep doing it that's all and have FUN!

Another place you might want to go frequently is the local EPF office. Your EPF prospects will be walking in and out so be creative to get in touch with them. In Klang i heard they set up a canopy outside of the EPF compound and happily roping prospects to invest with them. So get OUT and do more prospecting Insyaallah your results will improve. Good Luck!
