Dear NCs,
I was informed that in the month of May each servicing branch will be equipped with scanning machine so that once the EPF submission is made each branch shall proceed further or reject the submission on the spot. When this happens, Insyaallah approval rate of EPF cases will be T+2 (the most). In short, your MONTHLY cash-flow will be even BETTER than before as the approval speed is increased.
Hence, I strongly urge everyone to improve our EPF sales as market is still largely untapped and easier market to do. To have a consistent sales of min RM100k every month is not a difficult thing to achieve if you have done a lot of sales on EPF as the repeat cases are there for you at every 3 month intervals provided that you service your clients well. So, there's actually no secret to stay above the line!

Shukur kita di Malaysia!

Salam. Saya baru balik dari melawat Phillippine minggu ini dan Alhamdulillah shukur kerana saya dilahirkan di negara ini dan hidup di sini. Sesusah mana pun rakyat di sini jauh sekali jika dibandingkan dengan apa yang saya lihat di negara jiran itu. Sekarang baru lah saya percaya hidup di Malaysia memang mewah dan peluang yang ada di sini terlalu banyak terutama bila kita berada di industri unit trust ini. Pokoknya rajin dan usaha Insyaallah rezeki Allah di bumi ini sungguh tidak terhad. Ayuh! rakan-rakan semua jangan dipersiakan nikmat yang dikurniakan Allah ini. Kita rebut peluang yang ada kita cipta kemewahan selagi boleh di samping jangan kita lupa tanggung jawab pada yang maha Esa. Saya doakan kita semua terus berjaya!

Congrats to MFAM Razak and MFAM Ust Shahimi and the team!

CONGRATS to MFAM Abuya Razak for conducting a successful seminar, recognition and celebration dinner on March 27 at the Kuala Kangsar Rest House and to MFAM Ust Shahimi for conducting a roaring sales seminar at Butterworth Branch the next day. I was happy to note that the motivation was high and there was a lot of excitement in the face of the audience. New UTCs were inspired and senior UTCs were challenged to produce MORE!
Like I said in my presentation that seminars and group activities are important to garner strength and motivation but the real work is out here when we are face to face with clients and prospects. So let's spend more time with clients and prospects and ask for the sales Insyaallah the results will be very visible for you to notice and enjoy.
Keep up the good work and let's work harder this month and onwards to ensure we are on the right track to make 2010 the best ever year!
